ATS 50M SERIES |
The ATS 50M is a manual system is designed to process rough diamonds in chemicals at high temperatures to dissolve any remaining kimberlite deposits that may still be present after initial processing.
Applied Thermal Systems has over 40 years of combined experience in advanced equipment development and diamond processing.

- Heavy-duty inconel melt Crucible
- All parts in contact with liquid will be inconel
- All other metal parts made from 304-#4 Stainless Steel
- Fire suppression system included
- Split front door provides safety when loading Crucible and Process Tray
- Safety window in front door for viewing status of interior
- Advanced temperature system with 2 separate backup high-limit shutoffs
- Adjustable alarm limits around temperature set points
- Product tray Separators for separation of product
- Easy access to Process Tray and Crucible
- Safety locks on all moving components
- Multiple systems can be monitored from advanced optional interface
- System meets or exceeds all international standards
- High airflow in chamber from bottom to top for safety
- Crucible top designed for addition of process medium during cycle
- System designed to sit on floor
- System size designed for crucible handling with the ATS model ATS2125D system handler (Model ATS2125D System Handler not included)
- Crucible designed for use with NAOH or KOH with a 10-year life cycle under normal use
