Applied Thermal Systems, Inc. designs, engineers, and manufactures temperature controlled equipment for a broad range of industries, including the semiconductor, specialty manufacturing, medical, biotech, and mining industries. The company manufactures industrial ovens, specialty heating devices, customized product transfer units, acid-bath systems and diamond processing systems. Many of these products can be integrated into our robotic workcell systems for enhanced performance, personnel safety, and product security.

Our products are designed to meet special manufacturing needs where maximum control is required in challenging environments. These needs include precise temperature control, unique temperature ranges, the use of controlled processing gases, and the safe management of molten chemicals. The product lines are created using state of the art manufacturing processes, designs, and process control technologies. The company’s product lines are designed for a broad range of applications and ease of operation. Many of the products can be manufactured for use in applications up to and including Class 1 cleanroom environments.

We also develop custom software solutions and support systems that are integrated into product lines. These systems can also be applied to the customer's existing processing systems using the Omnisoph^© system control software.

ATSI’s engineers have placed over 80 systems worldwide for a number of companies including Motorola, Texas Instruments, United States Department of Defense, Sandia National Laboratories, Philips Semiconductor, Samsung, and Mitsubishi, in many countries such as Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, and China.
